Hole 1

468 YD

Overview

This long par 4 opening hole is the only hole on the course that is uphill. This dogleg right is an inviting opening hole with bunkers on the left side of the fairway, and one on the right that is very carriable to a green that slopes front to back, making it a great first test.

===SPLIT===

HOLE 2

442 YD

Overview

This long, dogleg left par 4 puts a precision on the tee shot with bunkers left and right of the fairway. There is no time to rest after getting your ball in play. The second shot must clear a large front bunker, and steer clear of more sand back right. It’s arguably the hardest hole on the golf course.

===SPLIT===

HOLE 3

370 YD

Overview

Another dogleg to the right, hole 3 is risk/reward. Players will choose to take a crack at driving the green or playing safe, leaving themselves with a short iron to a slightly elevated green. Definitely a birdie hole.

===SPLIT===

HOLE 4

600 YD

Overview

The longest par 5 on the course is a three-shot hole for most players. A straight away tee shot leaves players negotiating bunkers some 150 yards from the green on their second shot. A precise drive is a must to have an opportunity to go for this dandy in two, setting up a birdie or par.

===SPLIT===

HOLE 5

165 YD

Overview

Although it is not a long par 3, don’t let your guard down. Pin placement dictates everything on this green that has lots of undulation. Stay away from the large bunker front-left and birdies are gettable.

HOLE 6

384 YD

Overview

This short dogleg right is another risk/reward that requires a well-placed drive.  PGA TOUR Champions players will hit 4 irons to driver on this little gem. A tier in the middle of the green divides the slope of the green from middle to front and middle to back. The only hole on the course with no fairway bunkers.

===SPLIT===

HOLE 7

469 YD

Overview

Arguably the strongest and hardest par 4 on the course, even a good drive can be penal with a fairway bunker left and of out bounds right. There is no time to relax once your tee shot is in play. The green is no walk in the park and difficult to hit. Pin placement is key. Hold on to your hat if the hole location is on the left side.

===SPLIT===

HOLE 8

440 YD

Overview

Players will let driver rip on this long, straightaway 4 par. Tee shots must avoid the well-placed fairway bunker on the right. Sand is everywhere, guarding this three-level green loaded with undulation.

===SPLIT===

HOLE 9

205 YD

The hardest par 3 on the score card requires players to hit a longer iron into one of the largest greens on the property that is surrounded with trouble. Bunkers frame the green left and right. More trouble looms with a water hazard right that pulls in any shot landing right of the green.

===SPLIT===

HOLE 10

421 YD

Overview

Players will use a fairway wood or hybrid off the tee on this great par 4 to avoid the bunker on the left side of the fairway that doglegs to the right. Tee shots to the right side of the fairway will leave an unobstructed view of the green. A very good hole that places a premium on position from tee to green.

===SPLIT===

HOLE 11

532 YD

Overview

A must birdie on this very reachable par 5 as players will loosen up after getting through the teeth of the course. The easiest hole on the course in 2022 is a straightaway tee shot before this fairway slightly doglegs left with little trouble. Sit back and watch the bridies.

===SPLIT===

HOLe 12

206 YD

Overview

A dangerous hole that puts accuracy at a premium. This long par-3 requires courage and commitment on the tee shot with well positioned bunkers on the left and a large pond on the right.

===SPLIT===

HOLE 13

454 YD

Overview

A long par 4 straightaway that requires an accurate drive to have any shot at birdie on a well-protected green with bunkers left and right, guarding a green that slopes front to back, making it difficult to hold mid-to-long iron approach shots. Four is a great score!

===SPLIT===

HOLE 14

163 YD

Overview

The shortest par 3 on the course is all about the wind. Standing on the tee deck surrounded by trees, you can’t feel the wind gusts that are sure to play a factor when the ball is en route to this green. Getting the ball to hole can be difficult depending on what quadrant the pin is located on this green. A great hole to watch. Hole-in-ones have been made here.

===SPLIT===

HOLE 15

492 YD

Overview

This demanding par 4 that has it all is the longest four-par during tournament week. A pond on the right comes into play off the tee making tee shot accuracy most important. Players will be faced with a mid-to-long iron on their second shot where they are forced to carry over a creek that splits the fairway about 80 yards out to a green that is difficult to hit in regulation.

===SPLIT===

HOEL 16

184 YD

Overview

The longest par 3 on the course plays even longer than it looks, calling for a long iron from the tee to clear a forced carry to an elevate green. Par here is a great score coming down the stretch. A westerly wind and tricky pin position can play havoc for the best in the game.

===SPLIT===

HOLE 17

480 YD

Overview

On this straightaway par 4, one of the longest on the course, players must avoid a bunker on the left side of the fairway. A three-tiered green makes this a difficult par 4 on most days. The penultimate hole, which often plays the most difficult during the Shaw Charity Classic, witnesses more bogeys than birdies.

===SPLIT===

HOLE 18

585 YD

Overview

The drama is sure to happen on one of the most exciting finishing holes on the PGA TOUR Champions. Hitting the fairway off the tee is critical to set up a risk/reward second shot. A penalty area runs all the way down the left side of the fairway from 250 yards in for a second shot that plays downhill over a pond that guards the green. The fireworks are sure to happen on Sunday if the hole location is on the right side of the green with water inches away.
